The Administration Department helps oversee:
1. The startups day to day operations and functions, DevOps and managing our member's workloads.
2. Ensure existing code bases meet industry standards and planning for future updates and features.

Coding Department
The Coding Department is the powerhouse of our organisation where the main coding magic happens:
1. programmers help with coding and error analysis before sending it for product testing and code reviews (by R&D) before uploading it to Github.
2. Programmers in this department also would help out with integrating code from R&D into projects and help test them.
3. Programmers are expected to respond to issues on github within 2-4 days and then help out with issues and error fixing.

Research And Development Department
Programmers in the R&D department are the engineers of our products:
1. Programmers here help out with developing and engineering algorithms before being implemented into our products.
2. Programmers here develop and research on concepts and algorithms for better code implementation.
3. Programmers here will do product testing and code reviews on code repos before approving git commit.
